In 1990, leading the trend, Lee Yuen ® moved its workshop to PRC Shenzhen, expanding its production lines and decreasing the production cost would greatly help in the competitiveness .
Besides stable and reliable quality, comprehensive international authentication products and strong productivity leads Lee Yuen ® to be a well-known Hong Kong enterprise in the electronics and electrical appliances industry.
Lee Yuen ® workshop is situated in the Dongguan Qiaotou Town, which is occupied more than 50,000 square meters, and we has been qualified for ISO9001 and 140001 approvals in 1994 and 2000 respectively.
In order to fulfill different designs and customer requests, Lee Yuen ® workshop has been upgraded with an ability to draw copper wire of different sizes started from 8mm copper rod, which mainly imported from Australia, and the smallest copper wire is 0.03mm. Obtaining over 20 years in the same industry and experienced engineers, Lee Yuen can provide comprehensive and valuable suggestions to customer in the R & D process.
Nowadays, with the great concern on the Environmental friendly materials and products, except terminals on the plugs, all raw materials like copper wire, the PVC materials, the inner bodies and the tooling are made by us. And the manufacturing processes in Lee Yuen ® workshop has been up to or surpass the international standard by the strict management. Our products gained over 20 international certifications.
In 2005, Lee Yuen ® has been introduced most sophisticated equipment, ICP to ensuring the material comply to the RoHS before enter our warehouse. And it is widely used by well-known laboratories, such as SGS and UL.
Started from 2007, SONY has awarded Lee Yuen ® electrical flexible cord, copper wire and the PVC materials GREEN PARTNER certificate.
