Hoi Luen Electrical Manufacturer Company Limited was established in Hong Kong in 1987, which specialized in manufacturing of Enameled Copper Wire, Tinned Copper Wire, Annealing Wire, and Twisted Wire. Our headquarter is in Hong Kong and production plant is in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan, China, where has over 50,000 square meters and over 1000 labour forces, our annual production capacity is around 20000 Metric Tons.
Hoi Luen manufactures Enameled Copper Wire includes Solderable Polyurethane Wire, Polyurethane Wire; High Temperature Resistance Wire: Polyesterimide Wire, Polyamide-imide Wire, Polyesterimide coated with polyamide-imide Wire; special use Enameled Copper Wire: Fuse Enameled Copper Wire, Smooth Surface Solderable Polyurethane Wire, Self-bonding Magnet Wire and all Nylon Enameled Copper Wire. Products specifications are from diameter 0.03mm to 2.00mm. All products are awarded the IEC Standard (International), JIS Standard (Japan), NEMA Standard (USA) and GB Standard (China), so as to meet the requirements of our customers.
There are the new development products such as Triple insulated wire, Copper clad aluminum wire and super extra-fine enameled wires. The conductor of triple insulated wire is coated by three insulated layers, which completely isolated the primary from secondary of the transformer. It is effective to improve its performance and reduce its material cost. The conductor of Copper Claded Aluminum Wire is made by aluminum or aluminum alloy claded with copper. It possesses lightness in weight as aluminum as well as solders ability and corrosion resistance of copper. The diameter of super extra-fine enameled wire is controlled below 0.03mm enamel-insulated wire.
Hoi Luen uses the advanced production line equipments and the automatic detection instruments which are the Tangent Delta Tester (TD300) from Danish DANSK Corporation and the ICP SPECTRO CIROS VISION from German SPECTRO Corporation in 2004. With all-round and most advanced technological systems and experienced engineering team, our products are strictly controlled in the entire manufacturing process to achieve the goal of perfection. Since 1998, we have got the Quality Management System Certificate; and passed Revised Edition ISO 9001:2000 in 2003. Also, we awarded the BSI ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certificate.
